Due to the emergency and immediate nature of our dispatch services, all completed towing, recovery, and roadside assistance services are strictly non-refundable. Once a service has been rendered and the vehicle has been successfully transported or assisted, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
If you need to cancel a requested service, you must do so within 15 minutes of the initial dispatch confirmation. Cancellations made after a truck has been en route for more than 15 minutes, or instances where the driver is "Gone on Arrival" (GOA) at the provided location, are subject to a standard dispatch fee of $75.00 to cover fuel and routing costs.
By requesting service, the customer authorizes ReadyLink Towing & Recovery to transport the designated vehicle. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, personal items left inside the vehicle, or damage resulting from the inherent risks of recovering a severely disabled or compromised vehicle.
Payment in full is required at the time of service completion or vehicle release. We accept all major credit cards. A valid government-issued ID matching the credit card on file may be required for processing high-value commercial recoveries.
